dehydration of the skin. This dehydration causes
the skin to age prematurely and results in the skin
becoming wrinkled. To avoid this, moisturizing

Another damaging
effect to the skin is caused by the sun’s ultra violet
rays. This bombardment on the unprotected skin may
cause skin cancer. In order to protect yourself from the
sun’s harmful rays, wear clothes that cover the
body. The use of long sleeves, the wearing of long
pants and a hat will go far in protecting the skin from
the rays of the sun.

complexion.
