Common Sense
Skin Care Tips Can Replace Several Bottles Of
Goo
Most people have
found that taking care of their skin has become way too
complicated and expensive. It is not necessary to spend
hours every day getting ready to leave the house and
still have great looking skin when returning home. With
just a few common sense skin care tips, a person can
forego a lot of the time that cosmetic companies say is
needed to have wonderful skin.
One of the common
and frequently ignored skin care tips is staying out the
sun during the heat of the day. Even in winter, the sun
that shines between ten in the morning and two in the
afternoon does its worst damage to the skin. Some of the
best-looking suntans will eventually result in not so
great looking wrinkles on what might otherwise be smooth
skin.
The skin is the
body’s largest living organ and it requires proper
nutrition. Another skin care tip that is often ignored is
to quit smoking. Not only does it cause internal problems
but instead of the skin receiving oxygen, it is being fed
chemicals and toxins that make it look anything but
appealing.
It is well
documented that stress causes harm to the human body,
whether mental stress or stress caused by frequent
changes in the environment. While it is not
possible to eliminate all stress, learning to deal with
it can remove some of the worry lines that are carved
into many foreheads.
Clean Hands
Helps Maintain Healthy Skin
Believe it or not,
there is a correlation between dirty hands and bad facial
skin. Ask any health experts and they will tell you that
the hands are the number one enemy to healthy eating, and
washing hands frequently and refraining from touching the
face will prevent the transfer of germs and bacteria to
the facial skin.
The last skin care tip here is just to not
wash your face too frequently. Twice a day is sufficient.
Washing too often tends to dry out the skin usually prompting
the overuse of moisturizers and other topical solutions.
Remember, the ones advising you to use certain products more
frequently are the same ones selling the products. For the best
skin care tips talk to a dermatologist or someone without a
vested interest in the selling of skin care
products.
